The dust has settled and is all but gone, the LEGO temporary concussion numbers are within an acceptable range and time allows us to put pen to paper.
When we started on this journey and put our trust in you and your team, there was some trepidation despite all the fantastic words expressed by others about you and your company. It was going to be a lot of money.
We should never have worried for an instant. The work ethic, attention to detail, timekeeping, and quality of work, all put in, (and the volume of tea, and coffee drunk,) by you, Max, and Leo have all been quite simply exceptional, and beyond outstanding.
Your warm and friendly demeanor every day, despite some significant obstacles, every one of which you overcame, has only made the experience, one which in the main has been enjoyable. ‘Yes,’ there was upheaval but we should not have worried for a moment.
Your input and knowledge have been invaluable and you have suggested ideas, nuances, and concepts that we would never have thought of, yet all have added to a fantastic outcome. One beyond our wildest dreams and expectations.
We are delighted and amazed at the outcome. A brighter, lighter, and warmer house, more secure, and the blind in the back door is the most amazing revelation to our girls!
We cannot thank you enough and welcome anyone who wishes to come and view our house to see and assess for themselves the quality of your work.
